Shipping in India
Free Shipping Pan India.
Shipping all over India is free of cost, we use Shiprocket courier to ship the products which are completely insured. Generally for Cash On Delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery.
Shipping TAT: 3-5 business days
- So, the estimated time would be 4 to 7 working days. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- These timelines may be affected due to any unfortunate circumstances situations and or holidays
After the order is placed, it can be cancelled within 24 hours only.
- If you cancel your order, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be transaction fees charged.
- If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on info@vinayfashion.com. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer. 5% of transaction amount will be deducted from the refund.
- Once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us .
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products.
- We unfortunately do not have exchange and return policy for the international customers.
- Once the Order is placed it can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order.
Shipping Internationally
Shipping TAT: 4-7 business days
- So, the estimated time would be 7 to 20 working days. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- These timelines may be affected due to any unfortunate circumstances situations and or holidays
- For international orders there is NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE policy.
- The international shipping rates would vary from country to country.
- Also please note Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international purchases. If you find difficulty in placing order through your country please connect with our support team on whats app at +91 951299922 or through contact form.
- Our international delivery partner is SHIPROCKET.
- Once the international order is placed, it may takes 5 to 7 working days to dispatch after placing the order.
- We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
- These timelines may be affected due to Unfortunate circumstances & holidays. Prices are exclusive of shipping charges. Shipping charges are separately mentioned in checkout page.
- For some reason if any other charges like import duty or customs arise then it has to be borne by the customer.
- In some cases, Customer duty has to be paid within 2 days after the shipment arrives at your location/country.
-If the import duty is not paid by the customer the product will be destroyed/abandoned by the custom department and the refund will not be given for that particular order.
- If the shipping address is wrong or any mistake is made by the customer, then the customer has to make the extra payment for additional expenses that are incurred. Therefore we request you to double check your address and contact details for a hassle free delivery.
